On the 7th, Jang Won-young posted several selfies showing her current status on her SNS, writing, “my place, my peace♥”. The photos capture a space filled with antique audio equipment and unique objects. Jang Won-young is seen sitting in an off-the-shoulder T-shirt and lying on a large red sofa while winking.
According to media reports, Jang Won-young purchased a unit in Lucid House, a luxury villa located in UN Village, Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul, for 13.7 billion won in March last year. As no separate collateral mortgage was established on the real estate register, it is known that she paid the full purchase price in cash.
When the villa was first offered for sale in 2007, the price exceeded 4 billion won. There are 15 units in total across two buildings, equipped with a 24-hour security system and individual elevators. It is also known as the place where actress Kim Tae-hee resided before marrying RAIN (real name Jung Ji-hoon).
The red sofa in the photo is reported to be the high-end furniture 'Dune sofa' designed by French designer Pierre Paulin. According to media reports, the price for one module is approximately 7 million won to 11 million won.
Considering the scale of the sofa filling the living room, the total price is known to exceed 200 million won. Following the photos released by Jang Won-young, interest has also focused on the interior of her home and the price of the furniture.
