Actress Lee Yeon-hee appeared at an official event at the Busan International Film Festival after giving birth to her daughter. On the 9th, she attended the GV for the film 'M' (4K Remastered) held at the 31st Busan International Film Festival, looking back on the work and the time of filming.
Lee Yeon-hee married a non-celebrity in 2020 and gave birth to a daughter in September 2024. Since then, she has continued her work on the theater stage and has returned to dramas after three years through the Netflix series 'A Personal Taxi' released on the 1st.
During this GV, Lee Yeon-hee shared her experience playing the role of Mi-mi in 'M', which was released in 2007. The work featured Gang Dong-won and Gong Hyo-jin, and she mentioned that they conducted several rehearsals to align the camera and the actors' movements.
Lee Yeon-hee stated, "I practiced really hard until I had completely mastered each scene with my body." She also recalled how director Lee Myung-se would personally demonstrate the actors' movements and paths to explain the scenes.
She said that watching the film again now, she feels a sense of regret for not being able to fully express her emotions at the time. She also shared that the process of scenes, which were difficult to imagine with just the script, being completed through directing was a valuable experience.
