The young-faced participant who took the stage this day selected Maya's 'Shout Myself Out' released in 2006, capturing attention from the start with deep emotion and power. Before the first verse even ends, Top 100 Ears members start casting votes in succession, and the representatives of the Top 100 Ears watch the stage with faces full of admiration.
As the song heads toward its climax, the Top 100 Ears, including Roy Kim, Joo Woo-jae, and Moon Geun-young, leap from their seats and give enthusiastic cheers. While Roy Kim exclaims, "It's a monster," Jung Seung-hwan cannot close his mouth. Even Jung Jae-hyung, who shed tears of emotion throughout the watching of the stage, conveys his intense impression, saying, "It was a stage like a switch."
In particular, Park Kyung-lim and Moon Geun-young volunteer to be guardians for the participant, saying, "We will even fill your refrigerator and do your cleaning," raising curiosity about the story. Attention is focused on who this participant is, who has stimulated not only the fan heart of the Top 100 Ears but also their protective instincts.
Meanwhile, a fairy tale author from 'Discovering Gifted Children' who set a great record of publishing 20 fairy tales and announcing 500 drawings draws attention by throwing down a challenge in 'Our Ballad 2.' The participant, who surprised everyone from their appearance with unusual styling, is said to boast acoustic sensibility with Patti Kim's 'You, My Friend,' increasing curiosity about whether they can conquer music following their success in writing and drawing.
