SLL and KT Studio Genie Co-produce Short-form Drama 'The Switched Son: Return of the Striker'

'The Switched Son: Return of the Striker', a short-form drama co-produced by SLL and KT Studio Genie, has been released through the global short-form platform ReelShort.

The work was released on the 24th and is a Korean remake of the original ReelShort work 'The Lost Quarterback Returns'. It is planned as a total of 77 episodes and was directed by director Lee Jeong-hwa.

The screenplay was handled by writer Choi Seung-a. The cast includes Ki Hyun Woo, Ham Yeong-min, Lee Ji-hoon, and Min Seong-uk.

The work tells the story of a legendary striker in the South Korean football world who struggles to find his son, whom he lost in a fire accident 12 years ago. The story unfolds around the swapped fates and truths between his biological son, who grew up as the son of a poor cleaner and became a criminal, and his adopted son, who took that place and turned into a monster.

This work is a remake project in which Korean production staff and actors participated based on the original IP of a global short-form platform. SLL previously presented 'Codename: Evil Stepmother', which was produced in a Korean version based on an original work from GoodShort, and has expanded its short-form drama production portfolio with this work.
