BOYNEXTDOOR to Release Repackaged Album with 14 Songs on the 28th

According to their agency KOZ Entertainment, BOYNEXTDOOR will release their first full-length album repackage 'HOME: DELUXE' on the 28th at 6 PM.

This album contains a total of 14 songs, adding 5 new songs to the 9 tracks from the existing first full-length album.

The title track is 'ANIMAL'. The album also includes 'CLICHE', the Korean version of a song released in Japan, 'Count To Love', 'Boom Boom Boom', and the unreleased fan song '400 Years' which was pre-released on YouTube.

'ANIMAL' is the first time they have attempted the electro-funk genre, likening the image of moving toward what they want to the movements of an animal. JAEHYUN, TAESAN, and WOONHAK participated in the production. JAEHYUN said, "Since it is a genre I am encountering for the first time, I studied by listening to many songs before making the demo." TAESAN explained, "I liked the 'Whop Whop' sound fans made during our United States performances, so I borrowed it for the music." Regarding the lyric 'Move like animal', WOONHAK said, "It means to move freely and instinctively like a beast."

RIWOO participated in choreography production for the first time. SUNGHO shared that the music video was filmed in places such as Daejeon, Paju, and Incheon, stating, "We expressed the free atmosphere of the song through scenes of running through crowds or wandering through markets." The members explained that this album has a different atmosphere from the first full-length album 'HOME'. JAEHYUN said, "While we showed the serious side of the team in the first full-length album, this time we focused on capturing a free-spirited image that is familiar to the public." BOYNEXTDOOR conveyed, "Rather than thinking deeply, we hope you will let go of your reason for a moment and feel this music," and "We hope people listen to 'ANIMAL' and all play together."
