Encompassing 30 years of K-POP history... Veteran and top-tier artists to achieve 'transcending generations' collaborations.

'SBS Gayo Daejeon' will return as the largest-scale Christmas music festival ever to mark its 30th anniversary.

SBS announced, "The '2026 SBS Gayo Daejeon', which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, will be held over two days on the upcoming December 24 and 25 at KINTEX in Ilsan."

Having taken its first steps in 1996, 'SBS Gayo Daejeon' has established itself as a synonym for year-end festivals as it reaches its meaningful 30th anniversary this year. In particular, for the first time in history, it has confirmed a two-day schedule spanning Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, intending to provide even richer and more spectacular sights during the year-end season.

As it sets the special milestone of 30 years, the news of this 'Gayo Daejeon' is driving the expectations of global K-POP fans to their peak.

Above all, this performance will feature special planned stages that encompass the K-POP history of the past 30 years at a glance. Veteran artists, who laid the foundation for K-POP and opened the doors to global expansion, and top-tier artists currently leading the global music market will gather in one place to present era-transcending collaboration stages that can only be seen at 'Gayo Daejeon'. The meeting of seniors and juniors connecting generations and unique special stages that cannot be seen anywhere else are expected to color the year-end nights with intense heat and emotion.

The 'Gayo Daejeon' production team stated, "To repay the love sent to 'SBS Gayo Daejeon' for 30 years, we are preparing a more special and diverse Christmas gift than ever before," and added, "It will be a festival ground that everyone enjoys together, transcending eras."

Meanwhile, the artist lineup for the '2026 SBS Gayo Daejeon' is scheduled to be released sequentially in the future.
