Actor Lee Yong-ju, known for his roles in the tvN series Ugly Miss Young-ae and sinbyeong, has passed away at the age of 44 due to a heart attack.

Actor Lee Yong-ju passed away on the 29th. He was 44 years old.

The cause of death was reported to be a heart attack. The funeral altar has been set up in Room 5 of the Bundang Jesae Hospital Funeral Hall, with the encoffinment scheduled for 1 PM on the 30th and the funeral procession at 6:30 AM on the 31st. The burial site is the Seongnam Crematorium.

Lee Yong-ju was an actor who started as a model, beginning his acting career in the 2004 film 'Doma Ahn Jung-geun'. Since then, he appeared in the 2005 MBC drama 'Hello, Francesca' and the 2006 MBC drama 'Princess Hours', and appeared in the tvN 'Ugly Miss Young-ae' series from 2009 to 2014. From 2012 to 2014, he made a name for himself among the public by playing the role of Private Lee Yong-ju in the tvN 'Blue Tower' series.

In 2022, he made a special appearance as Jung Da-jeong in the ENA drama 'sinbyeong', which became his final work.
