5th Hearing in Danielle-ADOR Damages Lawsuit: Dispute Over Submission of Activity Plans

During the fifth hearing of the damages lawsuit between ADOR and Danielle's side held at the Seoul Central District Court on the 10th, both sides engaged in a dispute surrounding NewJeans' activity plans. Danielle's side requested the court to order the submission of documents such as specific activity plans and proposals, stating that it is necessary to confirm whether ADOR possesses the will and ability to conduct NewJeans' activities normally.

In response, ADOR countered that there is no reason to disclose future activity plans to the litigation opponent in advance. Considering the possibility that accounting data containing specific implementation details, such as personnel deployment or costs, may be handled during the future appraisal process, the court decided to determine whether to issue a document submission order after verifying the scope of verification through existing appraisal data.

Meanwhile, ADOR notified Danielle of the termination of her exclusive contract last December and filed a damages lawsuit. The original claim amount was approximately 43 billion won, but it has currently been adjusted to approximately 33.09 billion won. The next hearing is scheduled to be held on October 22 at 3:30 PM.
