TWS second single 'TO US' sells over 630,000 copies on first day
TWS achieved first place on the Hanteo Chart daily album chart with their second single 'TO US', which sold 634,871 copies on its release day. The title track 'Call My Name' also saw a rapid rise on the Melon Top 100, climbing 61 positions in five hours.
TWS's second single 'TO US', released on the 2nd, recorded first place on the Hanteo Chart daily album chart after selling 634,871 copies on its first day of release.
The title track 'Call My Name' entered the Melon Top 100 at 75th place at 7:00 PM on the same day, then climbed 61 positions in just five hours to reach 14th place as of midnight on the 3rd. This marks the highest chart position TWS has achieved on a release day.
The B-side tracks 'WE UP' and 'heavy' also entered the same chart, while 'Call My Name' reached 12th place on the LINE MUSIC Japan Real-time Song Top 100 as of midnight on the 3rd.
Members YOUNGJAE, SHINYU, and DOHOON participated in writing the lyrics for the song, which conveys a message by combining piano melodies with a fast rhythm. The music video features the six members facing their respective challenges and dancing together at a crosswalk.
TWS released the full performance video for the new song through 'STUDIO CHOOM' on Mnet digital studio M2 at 8:00 PM on the 3rd, and they are scheduled to continue music broadcast activities starting with KBS2 'Music Bank' on the 6th.
