Yeon Sang-ho's 'Paradise Lost' Prequel Short Films to be Released on the 29th

'Paradise Lost - Universe', a short film series that expands the world of director Yeon Sang-ho's new film 'Paradise Lost', will be released on the 29th.

CJ ENM announced on the 28th that it will present the first series, 'Your Seaweed Soup', and the second series, 'Daddy is Here', on YouTube, Naver TV, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

This work is a prequel based on the same world as the film 'Paradise Lost'. It contains several episodes set in an era where artificial intelligence technology, which allows people to meet those they have lost again, is commonly used in daily life.

Episode 1, 'Your Seaweed Soup', is the story of an elderly man who lost his wife first, and Episode 2, 'Daddy is Here', depicts the story of a young daughter who lost her father. Episodes 3 and 4 will be released on the 6th of next month.

The film 'Paradise Lost' was invited and screened at the 51st Toronto International Film Festival held this month, and it will be released in Korea on the 21st of next month.
