BOL4 Changes 10th Anniversary Concert Venue Due to Protests Near Olympic Park

Singer BOL4 has decided to change the venue for her 10th anniversary solo concert. While the performance was originally scheduled to take place at the Ticketlink Live Arena within Seoul's Olympic Park, the venue has been moved to KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, to welcome the audience.

According to the agency KANVERSE, this performance will be held over two days on November 7 and 8. The main reason for the venue change was identified as the protests condemning the June 3 Local Elections ballot shortage, which have been continuing near Olympic Park for several months.

The agency explained that the decision was inevitably made for the safety of the audience and the smooth operation of the performance. Furthermore, they expressed apologies to fans for the delay in announcing the change due to final consultations with the venue rental provider and related procedures.

This is not the first case of a venue being moved due to the aftermath of protests near a performance site. Previously, many artists including U-KNOW, Jay Park, N.Flying, and Kim Yong-bin have also changed their performance venues for the same reason.
