About 40 officials from 21 agencies and facilities, including Busan Metropolitan City, various district and county offices, public institutions, major facilities, and local hospitals and hotels, will attend this workshop. The event aims to increase understanding of the film and video industry and filming support tasks, and to discuss ways for rapid administrative support and on-site cooperation required for filming.

Starting from 9:00 AM, participants will tour major film and video facilities, such as the Busan Cinema Center, Busan video post-production facilities, Busan Asian Film School, Korean Academy of Film Arts, the former Chungmu facilities, and Busan Film Studio.

During the movement, the Busan Film Commission's filming support projects and Busan Metropolitan City's video industry policies will be introduced to increase understanding of the local production environment.

A special lecture by director Kwak Kyung-taek is prepared for this workshop. It will be held at 3:00 PM in the 11th-floor conference hall of the Video Industry Center under the theme ‘Busan, the Film City I Was Part Of’.

Director Kwak Kyung-taek has presented numerous works set in Busan, steadily capturing the image of Busan in his films. In this special lecture, he will share stories regarding Busan's filming environment and the meaning of Busan as a film city based on his experiences gained at actual filming sites.

Following the special lecture, ‘Exchange of Opinions on Filming Support Cooperation for Cooperating Agencies’ will take place.
