KM Chart August Monthly Rankings Announced... BTS, Lee Chan-won, and Babymonster Take 1st Place

According to media reports, BTS's 'SWIM' took 1st place in the K-MUSIC music category for August. The song proved its steady popularity by reaching the top once again, following its achievements in April and July. In addition, PLAVE's 'Born Savage', Ateez's 'BAD', Cortis's 'REDRED', Lim Young-woong's 'Moment Like Eternity', and Jennie's 'Less than a Lover' were also named among the top rankings.

In the artist category, Lee Chan-won rose to 1st place, surpassing Stray Kids and BTS, and achieved two wins by also sweeping the HOT CHOICE male category. In the female category, Babymonster recorded 1st place. In the rookie category, Cortis took 1st place in the male category, marking their fifth time reaching the top this year, while Hades took 1st place in the female category.
