The Korea Influencer Content Association, under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, held its September regular general meeting on the 18th at the large conference room of the Seoul Metropolitan Car Rental Business Association located in Bangbae-dong, Seoul. At the event, major board members, including CEO Son Ji-o, attended to review the association's current issues and share future business implementation directions.
The association plans to ding (fully) expand cooperative projects based on the business agreement signed with the Seoul Metropolitan Car Rental Business Association. Additionally, they checked the preparation status for the 'Korean Wave Influencer Grand Prize Awards' scheduled to be held at The River on November 28, and conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation plans with overseas events in China, Vietnam, and other regions. Taking this general meeting as an opportunity, the association plans to strengthen exchanges between domestic and foreign influencers and expand its industrial scope through collaboration with companies and institutions.
CEO Son Ji-o stated, “It is important to create practical cooperation models by connecting the influence of influencers with various industries,” and added, “We will continuously promote businesses where domestic and foreign influencers and companies/institutions can grow together.” Park Seong-ho, chairman of the Seoul Metropolitan Car Rental Business Association, also conveyed, “We will establish a new promotional model that is helpful to consumers by linking influencer content with the association's platform.”
