The teaser poster for the new SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Nine to Six' has been released, heightening anticipation for the upcoming series.
Scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, November 25, 'Nine to Six' (directed by Lee Hyung-min and Oh Song-hee, written by Choi Ji-o, and produced by Studio S and Samhwa Networks) is an "on and off" work-life balance romance. The story follows a rational woman who has lived by proving herself through her work, as she meets a kind and emotional man and rewrites her standards for work, love, and happiness.
The production team has drawn attention by releasing a teaser poster capturing Kang I-ji (Park Min-young) in her "efficient and sensible" mode from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In the released poster, Kang I-ji captures the gaze with the aura of a successful career woman, reminiscent of a cover model for an economic magazine. Her sophisticated styling, featuring a chic short bob paired with a suit, represents the ideal for office workers. Amidst fluttering documents, Kang I-ji maintains a relaxed pose and confident expression, exuding the force of a professional "top performer."
The caption "perfect work skills, unknown romance skills" builds anticipation, hinting that while Kang I-ji's professional abilities are flawless, her charm in romantic relationships remains a mystery. Additionally, photos of Kang I-ji, Han Seon-woo (Yook Sung-jae), and Park Hyeon-tae are displayed side-by-side on an office wall. This suggests that unexpected connections will find their way to Kang I-ji, who previously felt no lack while being alone.
“Please look forward to the work-life balance romance that will unfold in 'Nine to Six,' as we see what professional Kang I-ji, who is masterful from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., will be like in her still-unknown romantic life,” the production team stated.
Meanwhile, the new SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Nine to Six' will have its first broadcast on Wednesday, November 25, at 9 p.m.
