Run & Music Festival in Andong to be held on October 24… Performances by YB, 10cm, BTOB, and Choi Yena

SBS will host the '2026 SBS Run & Music Festival in Andong' in Andong, Gyeongbuk on Saturday, October 24, and the event will be broadcast on SBS in November. This event is a running × music festival where approximately 12,000 runners from across the country will visit Andong to run, followed by a large-scale music festival in the evening.

A competition created directly by runners

Instead of the method of creating a competition first and then recruiting participants, this competition was created by reflecting the opinions of actual runners and running crews, including the running specialist creator 'Maraniq TV', into the course and program. Local residents and merchants also participated voluntarily, offering 100 vouchers for Andong Jjimdak, 100 bottles of Andong Soju, and 500 pieces of boneless salted mackerel as gifts for the participants. One company decided to purchase 50 participation passes to gift them with the intention of cheering on novice runners.

The course is designed to pass through Andong's representative history and nature, centered around the Andong Dam waterfront path, passing through Imcheonggak, the Seven-story Stone Pagoda of Beopheungsa Temple, Wolyeonggyo Bridge, and Andong Dam. After the running ends in the evening, a music festival featuring YB, 10cm, BTOB, Choi Yena, and others will follow at the Andong Civic Stadium.

A stay-type festival to experience Andong in a single day

The production team stated that they bundled the morning run and evening performance into a one-day schedule so that runners do not leave immediately after finishing the race, but instead enjoy the food, sightseeing, and performances in Andong.
