Wonhalmoney Bossam Jokbal launches ‘Cha Jang-geum Perilla Oil Braised Kimchi’ using actress Cha Ye-ryun's recipe

Wonhalmoney Bossam Jokbal is partnering with lifestyle platform AWW to present its new menu item, ‘Cha Jang-geum Perilla Oil Braised Kimchi,’ which reinterprets actress Cha Ye-ryun's recipe. This menu has been officially launched by adding Wonhalmoney Bossam Jokbal's food service menu development capabilities to the kimchi jjim recipe that garnered attention online.

The menu uses domestic cabbage as the main ingredient and achieves a deep flavor in the broth by utilizing secret soy sauce, Hanwoo bone broth, and rice water. It is characterized by emphasizing a savory aroma by adding perilla oil. It is expected to provide consumers with a new gastronomic experience in that it offers a texture and taste differentiated from existing bossam kimchi.

A representative from ONE&ONE stated, “We wanted to suggest a unique combination to customers by implementing a recipe verified online into a food service menu,” and added, “We plan to continue developing menus that reflect market trends and consumer demands in the future.” Set configurations combining bossam boiled pork, kimchi jjim, and cabbage pancakes are expected to become an alternative for enjoying bossam in a more diverse way.
