10 Harpium Trainees to Take the Orchestra Stage at Youngsan Arts Hall on the 20th

Harp edutech company Harpium (CEO Shim So-jung) is bringing its harp trainees to an actual orchestra stage.

Harpium is a company selected for the '2026 Arts Field Early Startup Support Project' by the Korea Arts Management Service (CEO Kim Jang-ho). It is currently building an innovative harp education system under the dedicated incubation of New Kids Investment.

Harpium is officially sponsoring the '2026 World Harp Symphony,' which will be held at Youngsan Arts Hall on the 20th at 3 PM. This performance is the 3rd regular concert hosted by the International Harp Orchestra under the International Harp Association. It is a meaningful stage where 20 harps form a single orchestra to perform famous musical pieces from around the world.

In particular, this concert is a successful case where Harpium's educational achievements lead to an actual performance. Among the total of about 30 performers, more than 10 are Harpium students. They will stand on the orchestra stage after undergoing Harpium's online/offline education and ensemble training.

The performance will unfold for approximately 90 minutes under the theme 'A one-day world music journey without a passport.' The 20 harps will present a diverse repertoire ranging from Bach's 'Air on the G String' to Korea's 'Arirang.' Special guests, including flutist Kim Han-jung and musical actor Seok Hyun-jun, will also participate to enrich the stage.

Shim So-jung, CEO of Harpium and Music Director of the International Harp Orchestra, emphasized the significance of this project. Shim said, "Thanks to the Korea Arts Management Service's early startup support project, we have realized our vision of connecting harp education with performances."
