Suzy signs contract for luxury Samseong-dong residence L'Arbre 27
Singer and actress Suzy has reportedly signed a purchase contract for a unit in the luxury residential development ‘L'Arbre 27’ located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam District.
Singer and actress Suzy has signed a purchase contract for a unit in the L'Arbre 27 luxury development in Samseong-dong, joining other high-profile residents such as BLACKPINK's Jisoo. The residential project, which features 27 units, is scheduled for move-in during the second half of this year.
According to media reports on the 22nd, singer and actress Suzy (32) has signed a purchase contract for a unit in ‘L'Arbre 27’, a luxury residential development currently being built in Samseong-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul. The specific unit type and purchase price for Suzy's contract have not been disclosed. The sale prices for L'Arbre 27 are reported to range from a minimum of 14 billion won to a maximum in the 40 billion won range.
The residence will consist of two buildings with five basement levels and seven floors above ground, located in the vicinity of 90-20 Samseong-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul. The development features a total of 27 units and is being developed by Goryeo Asset Development and Sigonggan Networks, with construction by Hyundai Engineering & Construction. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of this year.
Physicist Jaeseung Jeong participated from the design stage, and the building is introduced as a structure applying neuroarchitecture. It is also characterized by its emphasis on resident privacy and an independent living environment. Previously, news of actress Shin Se-kyung's contract was reported, and it has also been reported that actor Jang Keun-suk, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, and broadcaster Seo Jang-hoon have signed purchase contracts.
Suzy is known to reside in ‘Nonhyeon Appelbaum’, a luxury villa in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul. The residence has a dedicated area of 277㎡ (approximately 84 pyeong); she purchased it in 2017 for 3.09 billion won, and its recent value is evaluated to be approaching 6 billion won.
Suzy debuted in 2010 with the group miss A and gained popularity with the nickname "Nation's First Love" after starring in the 2012 film ‘Architecture 101’. While continuing her activities as both a singer and actress, she is preparing for the release of the Disney+ original series ‘Portraits of Delusion’. The film ‘Seven O'Clock Breakfast Club for the Brokenhearted’, in which she stars alongside Lee Jin-uk, is scheduled to be released this coming December.
