Lee Seung Gi asked "Did you have a fight with your spouse?" at a karaoke room during his third year of marriage
Singer Lee Seung Gi recently completed filming for his new YouTube channel, where he faced an unexpected question from a karaoke owner.
Singer Lee Seung Gi received an unexpected question during the first filming session for the launch of his YouTube channel. According to the production company Lemonade Battery, Lee Seung Gi recently finalized the opening of a new concept YouTube channel and completed filming. During the first filming held on the 31st of last month, Lee Seung Gi began filming with a concept of visiting a 24-year-old ordinary karaoke room alone to sing his favorite songs and communicate with viewers. Despite being a veteran singer, Lee Seung Gi appeared nervous during the first shoot, and when the karaoke owner asked, "You didn't just come here after a fight with your spouse, did you?" the scene turned into a sea of laughter. The owner of the karaoke room also shared a behind-the-scenes story that singer Yoon Jong Shin had also visited this place alone to sing before.
This filming was delayed somewhat from the original schedule. This is because Lee Seung Gi, who married actress Lee Da-in in 2023, has been focusing on childcare since the birth of his second child on July 7. Currently having one daughter and one son, Lee Seung Gi will accelerate his main profession as a singer alongside the release of his YouTube content. He is scheduled to meet fans by holding his solo concert '2026 Lee Seung Gi Concert: Beginning, Development, Turn, Joy' for two days on October 24 and 25 at the Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall in Seoul.
He will also continue active communication through broadcasts. Appearing on KBS2's 'Immortal Songs' airing on the 19th, Lee Seung Gi will perform on stage with youth band AGAMI, CRAVITY, Honey J, Mad Clown, Son Tae-jin, Ailee, and Forestella. On this broadcast, Lee Seung Gi is expected to personally reveal the backstory behind PSY's hit song 'Father'. Lee Seung Gi explained, "Originally, it was a track on my 1st album," adding, "PSY hyung gave me this song for the first time when I was a high school student, and after singing it again, it became a masterpiece loved through PSY hyung's voice as well."
