Morpheus Studio executives revealed the AICRON AI video workflow used to generate explosions and combat scenes for the Netflix drama 'Agent Kim Reactivated' during a forum in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on October 25.

Morpheus Studio, the operator of the AI creation platform AICRON and the producer of full AI sequences for the drama 'Agent Kim Reactivated', was invited to TTXC 2026 (Taiwan Technology × Culture Expo) in Taiwan. At a forum held on the 25th in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Morpheus Studio CEO Lee Su-yeong and Vice President Ryu Jae-hwan appeared as speakers to reveal the full AI video workflow for 'Agent Kim Reactivated' produced via the AICRON platform developed by Korean video experts, while discussing the changes in the video industry driven by AI.

TTXC is Taiwan's largest cultural technology expo, co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Taiwan and the Kaohsiung City Government since 2023. This year's fourth edition, held from October 9 to 26 under the theme "All in AI·AI Dimension: The Symbiotic Era," took place around the Pier-2 Art Center in Kaohsiung and featured six themed exhibitions, 25 forums, and more than 100 industry matching and networking events.

Lee Su-yeong and Ryu Jae-hwan were invited as speakers for a forum themed "Cultural Technology Trends," joining other key speakers such as Hiroyuki Itoh, CEO of Japan's Crypton Future Media, which planned the virtual singer Hatsune Miku.

The forum, titled "The AI Film Production Revolution: Decoding the VFX of ‘Agent Kim Reactivated’," was held on the morning of the 25th at the international conference room on the 7th floor of the Kaohsiung Public Library main building. Speakers included Morpheus Studio's Lee Su-yeong and Ryu Jae-hwan, alongside 李昭樺, Charles Lee, CEO of the Taiwanese VFX company 兔將創意影業, TWR Entertainment. The session was moderated by 郭憲聰, Tomi Kuo, co-founder and VFX supervisor of the Taiwanese VFX studio 再現影像, Reno Studios.

Following an introduction by 李昭樺, Charles Lee, regarding a multi-agent-based video production system developed in Taiwan, Morpheus Studio revealed the production process for the full AI sequences of the drama 'Agent Kim Reactivated', which gained significant global attention upon its release on Netflix. They disclosed the actual workflow of how explosions, car chases, and combat scenes between characters were generated using AICRON, the AI creation platform they plan and operate. Furthermore, they shared the trial and error experienced during the production process, as well as the constraints and limitations of AI technology, drawing a positive response from attendees.

When asked about the future outlook for how AI will change the video industry, Lee Su-yeong replied, "Everything starts with people and ends with people." Lee emphasized, "No matter how much AI technology advances, what matters is what the creator wants to tell and what the audience wants to see. Ultimately, people are the most important."

Additionally, Vice President Ryu Jae-hwan explained, "AI is not simply a tool to reduce costs or a technology to replace existing VFX." Ryu stated, "The true meaning and value of AI technology lie in its ability to actually visualize stories that were previously abandoned due to budget constraints."

As a forum that served as a major program of TTXC 2026 and concluded the AI-themed sessions, the event was attended by many Taiwanese video industry experts and representatives from educational institutions such as universities. In particular, representatives from educational institutions showed high interest, including discussions with Morpheus Studio regarding ways to actually introduce AICRON into university curricula.

Morpheus Studio stated that it will actively pursue collaborations with overseas companies and educational institutions so that AICRON, planned by Korean video experts, can grow into a global platform beyond Korea.
