NCT WISH has achieved 'Double Platinum' certification in Japan for their single 'YO-I-DON! / BOY MEETS GIRL', surpassing 500,000 cumulative shipments.
Boy group NCT WISH is showing rapid growth by breaking their own personal best records in Japan. According to an announcement by the Recording Industry Association of Japan on September 10, NCT WISH's Japanese single 'YO-I-DON! / BOY MEETS GIRL', released on July 15, surpassed 500,000 cumulative shipments as of August, earning 'Double Platinum' certification.
This achievement is a feat accomplished just one month after receiving 'Platinum' certification for recording 250,000 cumulative shipments this past July. NCT WISH, who are increasing their local presence, are scheduled to meet local fans by performing on the 'Rakuten GirlsAward 2026 AUTUMN/WINTER' stage to be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture on the 26th. Meanwhile, the group is accelerating preparations for a comeback, aiming to release their fourth mini-album this coming October.
