SF9 makes a comeback with 2nd full-length album 'TENACITY' capturing 10 years of footsteps... Concert scheduled to be held
SF9 has released their second full-length album 'TENACITY' to mark their 10th anniversary, featuring the title track 'Without Wings'.
[Special Times] Reporter Choi Sun-eun= Group SF9 presents their second full-length album 'TENACITY' after a long wait, capturing 10 years as idols. At the showcase held to coincide with the album release, they stated that they feel honored to have been able to continue their musical activities for 10 years and want to convey their team spirit and determination to many people.
This album is the first full-length album in six years since 'FIRST COLLECTION' released in 2020. 'TENACITY' contains contents reflecting on the past 10 years and pledging for the journey ahead. In particular, the title track 'Without Wings' stands out with its combination of rhythmical groove and pop sound, and other various songs such as 'One More Kiss' and 'Cross My Mind' are also included.
Member Youngbin expressed his ambition to successfully soar even without wings, as if to say 'a singer follows the title' through this album. This reveals his passion to capture the team's musical growth.
Inseong expressed his determination to show that not only the team but also the individual members have grown into great musicians. Additionally, along with the goal of winning first place on music shows, he also revealed a big dream of performing on large stages like Wembley Stadium in the UK.
SF9 is scheduled to hold the 10th-anniversary commemorative concert 'Chukmong' at the Seoul KBS Arena on October 10th and 11th. This concert is expected to be a special time to reminisce about the past 10 years and draw out new challenges for the future.
