Sim Gyu-seon releases 'Live Archive 2025: Fortune Teller'... Teases October solo concert 'SANCTUARY'

Singer-songwriter Sim Gyu-seon is releasing a live album containing the records of her small theater performance from last year.

Sim Gyu-seon will release the live album 'Live Archive 2025: Fortune Teller' through various online music sites at 6 PM on the 29th.

This album captures the live performance of the small theater concert 'Fortune Teller : Fortune Teller' held from June 7 to 22 last year at the Shinhan Card SOL Pay Square Live Hall in Seoul.

Centering on a string quartet and grand piano, existing released songs were newly arranged, capturing the atmosphere of the venue, the movements of the performers, and the vocal expressions that change in every moment. By placing Sim Gyu-seon's voice at the forefront, it captures the changing textures within a single performance, from small breaths to powerful singing.

Prior to the release, Sim Gyu-seon sequentially released three album samplers through her official SNS and YouTube channel, emphasizing an analog atmosphere using images of a cassette tape spinning. On her official YouTube channel, live videos of the 'Fortune Teller' performance from that time are also being released.

Sim Gyu-seon will then hold a total of 4 performances for her 2026 solo concert 'SANCTUARY' on October 24, 25, and 31, and November 1 at the Woori Financial Art Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul. Each performance will run for 150 minutes and is scheduled to feature 'SANCTUARY' and four unreleased new songs for the first time. Following the release of 'Live Archive 2025: Fortune Teller', she will begin preparations for 'SANCTUARY' and continue her performance activities in the second half of the year.
