Singer Lee Young Ji donates 50 million won for flood recovery in southern regions

Singer Lee Young Ji has donated 50 million won to aid in the flood recovery of southern regions. According to relevant industries and the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association on September 5, Lee Young Ji recently donated funds to help restore daily life in areas such as Geoje, Gyeongnam, which were damaged by heavy rains.

Lee Young Ji expressed that the sense of hopelessness at the damage sites she encountered through the news deeply touched her, and shared her hope that this would be a small help in the damage recovery process. This donation will be used for relief activities for the victims and the rapid recovery of the affected areas.

Lee Young Ji is known to have consistently practiced sharing. Starting with a 20 million won donation in 2022, she donated 10 million won in 2023 to support children at risk of hunger, and delivered 100 million won for flood recovery in the summer of the same year. Including this donation, the cumulative amount donated to Hope Bridge reaches a total of 180 million won.
