MBC 'Where Is My Home' (directed by Jung Da-hee, Nam Yu-jeong, Jang Hyo-jong, Kim Yu-jin, Jung Chul-hee) aired the 'Dongtan' episode on Thursday the 27th. This episode was presented as a Dongtan special, featuring the area that recorded the highest apartment price increase rate in the first half of 2026, set in Dongtan, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, which is recording the number one population growth rate centered around the Samsung Electronics Hwaseong Campus.

The first site visit location was one of the 'Dongtan Top 3' apartments near Dongtan Station, where a view of the golf course unfolded beyond the large living room window. The sale price of the property was revealed to be 2.25 billion won, and the three individuals subsequently checked the Dongtan market prices at a nearby real estate office.

The second site visit location was a detached house property located between apartment complexes in Dongtan 2 New Town. This house, which features curved wall interiors, a high-ceiling living room, and a private swimming pool, includes a first-floor kitchen, a playroom with a large bookshelf, a master bedroom with a circular layout, a daughter's room with a duplex structure, a third-floor rooftop, and a basement garage with a screen golf room and a sauna. The sale price was revealed to be 4.5 billion won.

The final site visit location was a penthouse property consisting of only 6 units in an apartment complex in Dongtan 1 New Town, located a 5-minute walk from Samsung Electronics. Through the high ceilings and large windows, a panoramic view of Dongtan 2 New Town could be seen at a glance, and on the second floor, a circular veranda was provided to overlook the Dongtan city area. The sale price was 1.4 billion won, showing a relatively lower price range compared to the properties introduced earlier.
