Director Jang Hang-jun revealed that his upcoming film The King's Man 2 will feature Joseon era zombies and palanquin car chases during the upcoming episode of the SBS variety show Master Hang-jun airing on the 29th.

Details regarding director Jang Hang-jun's upcoming project, 'The King's Man 2', will be unveiled on the SBS variety show 'Master Hang-jun'.

The SBS variety show 'Master Hang-jun' (directed by Lee Dong-won and Kam Yu-min, written by Kim Myeong-jeong, and co-produced by Content Lab VIVO) is a talk show featuring the witty banter between director Jang Hang-jun and various stars as he conducts a secret audition to cast top actors for his autobiographical film, 'Master Hang-jun'.

In the episode airing on the 29th, director Jang Hang-jun will reveal the grand vision for 'The King's Man 2'. Jang teased a subversion of historical drama norms, stating, "'The King's Man 2' is a story based on a true story from the Joseon era," before adding that he intends to include "palanquin car chases."

Furthermore, inspired by Cho Jung-seok's zombie acting, Jang quickly added that "zombies will also appear," signaling an expansion of the genre. He made a bombshell claim that "the zombie appearance scene is a 'Joseon era zombie,' so writer Kim Eun-hee is currently writing it." The scale of the 'The King's Man 2' universe grows uncontrollably as Jang continues to speak, drawing laughter from the audience.

Amidst these claims, attention is drawn to actor Cho Jung-seok, who has been selected as the lead for 'The King's Man 2'. When Jang boasted that he "received a $200 million investment," Song Eun-i flustered him by asking, "Do you even know how much $200 million is in Korean won?" Following this, Cho Jung-seok, having been cast as the lead, called for a guarantee worthy of the scale Jang is describing, stating, "You should give me around 80 billion won for my appearance fee," which sends the production team into an emergency meeting. As the "Moham-jun" (a combination of 'Moham,' meaning slander, and Jang Hang-jun) project continues to grow with every word, curiosity builds regarding how much of the massive project is actually true.

Meanwhile, the third episode of the cinematic talk variety show 'Master Hang-jun' by SBS airs today at 10:20 PM.
