On the upcoming broadcast of the SBS variety show 'Master Hang-jun', actor Cho Jung-seok will confess to a dizzying exposure accident that occurred on a musical stage.
'Master Hang-jun' (directed by Lee Dong-won and Kam Yu-min, written by Kim Myeong-jeong, and co-produced by Content Lab VIVO) is a cinematic talk show featuring the witty back-and-forth between Master Jang Hang-jun and various stars. The show depicts secret auditions as Jang Hang-jun attempts to cast top actors for his autobiographical film, 'Master Hang-jun', reflecting on his own life which was sometimes pathetic and submissive, yet more brilliant than anyone else's.
In the episode airing this Thursday, October 29, Cho Jung-seok will appear as a guest and reveal a dark history from his time performing in the musical 'Grease'.
Cho opened the conversation by stating, "I made a mistake even bigger than having an accident in my pants." Having played the role of Roger, a master of "showing his buttocks," in 'Grease', he even provided a passionate demonstration, claiming, "You have to pull them down all at once to have an impact." The problem was that during the actual performance, his enthusiasm was too great, causing his pants to slide all the way down to his thighs. Recalling the dizzying moment, Cho said, "My pants went down to my thighs," adding that "even my fellow actors were more worried, saying 'What should we do?' rather than being surprised."
However, Cho expressed confidence in his backside, noting, "The audience's reaction was incredibly hot," and adding, "I gained many fans at that time." Director Jang Hang-jun reportedly showed satisfaction with Cho's passion during his demonstration of the buttock-exposure acting and expressed a desire to cast him, saying, "The more I get to know Cho Jung-seok, the more I definitely want to work on a project with him."
Cho Jung-seok's sly wit as he honestly confesses his dizzying dark history on stage can be seen on 'Master Hang-jun'.
Meanwhile, the third episode of the SBS cinematic talk variety show 'Master Hang-jun' will air on Thursday (the 29th) at 10:20 PM.
