‘I Like It Even If You Just Breathe Beside Me’ Confirmed for November Release… Starring Kim Hyang-gi and Ahn Dong-gu
The Myung Films Cultural Foundation announced that the youth romance film ‘I Like It Even If You Just Breathe Beside Me,’ starring Kim Hyang-gi and Ahn Dong-gu, will be released in November. The film follows the survival romance of a young couple struggling to protect their love and dreams after losing their deposit to a rental fraud.
The distributor Myung Films Cultural Foundation announced on the 1st that the youth romance film ‘I Like It Even If You Just Breathe Beside Me,’ starring Kim Hyang-gi and Ahn Dong-gu, will be released in November.
This work is a youth survival romance depicting the story of Hwa-ran and I-wan, a couple in their 20s who have nothing but love and dreams. Aspiring webtoon artist Hwa-ran and aspiring rapper I-wan dream of a new start by securing a house to live in together, but they are pushed down to a second basement level after losing their deposit to rental fraud.
The film contains the survival story of two people trying to protect their love and dreams amidst a reality where their home, money, and even their future are shaken. Hwa-ran and I-wan, who drew their future while supporting each other's dreams, end up living together in a second basement level after losing their place of residence.
The released posters feature the film's core spaces, the second basement level and the paper house, respectively in the foreground. The second basement level poster contains the phrase ‘There is no such thing as a cheap and good house in the world,’ and the paper house poster includes the copy ‘There is love, but there is no house.’
Jung Yi-rang and singer and actor Hong Si-young also appear in this work. Jung Yi-rang appears as a real estate agent holding a large amount of mysterious listings, and Hong Si-young appears as an eccentric friend. ‘I Like It Even If You Just Breathe Beside Me’ will be released in theaters nationwide this coming November.
