Jin Seon-kyu and Park Bo-kyung visit award-winning Buam-dong house

Actors Jin Seon-kyu and Park Bo-kyung will appear together on MBC's Where Is My Home this Thursday, the 5th, to inspect a Seoul Metropolitan Architecture Awards Excellence Prize winner in Buam-dong featuring a water courtyard.

In the episode of MBC's Where Is My Home (directed by Jeong Da-hui, Nam Yu-jeong, Jang Hyo-jong, and Kim Yu-jin) broadcasting this Thursday the 5th, the cast will go on an inspection of award-winning homes.

The episode features a search for "award-winning houses" that resemble works of art. The inspection team includes the "Blue Dragon Film Awards couple" actors Jin Seon-kyu and Park Bo-kyung, alongside Yang Se-chan and Joo Woo-jae. This marks the first time the couple, Jin Seon-kyu and Park Bo-kyung, has appeared together on a variety show. Attention is focused on the realistic chemistry between the affectionate husband Jin Seon-kyu and his wife Park Bo-kyung, who displays calm charisma.

The acting careers of the actor couple will also be discussed. An anecdote was revealed regarding Park Bo-kyung performing in a stage play alongside Jin Seon-kyu's close friend as his lover. Jin Seon-kyu confessed, "I couldn't even sit still" after going to watch the rehearsal. Furthermore, laughter is added to the scene as an unexpected item Jin Seon-kyu handed to Park Bo-kyung after witnessing a kiss scene between his close friend and his wife is revealed.

Following this, the group attempts the "Did you grow up poor?" challenge, based on a famous line from the drama Little Women in which Park Bo-kyung appeared. Jin Seon-kyu livens up the set by summoning famous characters from his works, ranging from Wi Seong-rak in The Outlaws to the Commissioner General version in 100 Days of Lies. Expectations are high for how the impromptu acting challenge will unfold, completed by the exceptional acting skills of the Blue Dragon Film Awards winners.

Next, the four individuals search for a house in Buam-dong, Jongno-gu, that received the Seoul Metropolitan Architecture Awards Excellence Prize. This house, which has separate entrances for the first and second-floor units, features a courtyard with a water space in the center and a yard, marking a first for Where Is My Home. Jin Seon-kyu, who has long dreamed of living in a house, develops his romantic vision while touring the interior. He eventually uses his full imagination to begin an impromptu role-play; despite Yang Se-chan and Joo Woo-jae constantly changing the situation, Jin Seon-kyu continues his performance, coloring the scene joyfully with his "god of acting" qualities.

Meanwhile, the house stimulates the dreams of men with its high ceilings and a basement garage filled with motorcycle gear. Jin Seon-kyu cannot hide his wide smile and cannot take his eyes off the famous brand motorcycle appearing inside the house. In contrast, Park Bo-kyung's lukewarm reaction leaves Jin Seon-kyu anxious. It remains to be seen whether Jin Seon-kyu's "house-living persuasion operation" will succeed against his wife, who prefers apartment living.

The award-winning house episode of MBC's Where Is My Home broadcasts this Thursday, the 5th, at 10 PM.
