The Ha Ji-won episode of the SBS Friday variety show 'My Genie Secretary' is drawing significant attention even before its broadcast. The trailer for the episode scheduled to air on the 30th has reached approximately 1 million views, while a special pre-release video released on the 27th has surpassed 3 million cumulative views, bringing the total views for the promotional content to 4 million.
The released footage captures the reunion of Lee Seo-jin and Ha Ji-won, who previously worked together in the drama 'Damo,' meeting again after 23 years. He also displayed "real sibling" chemistry by teasing her about her favorite doll, asking, "Isn't that used when someone is casting a curse?"
Lee Seo-jin also shared his first impression of Ha Ji-won. He recalled her in her 20s at a mountain lodge in Daegwallyeong, where they drank soju to warm up after the first filming of 'Damo' amidst falling snow. "It felt like life was somewhat weary. I was surprised," he reminisced, drawing laughter from the set.
The upcoming broadcast will show Ha Ji-won spending special time in Singapore with Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu. Particular interest is focused on the new episodes featuring the three individuals on the first overseas business trip in the history of 'My Genie Secretary,' as well as the playful chemistry between Lee Seo-jin and Ha Ji-won as they reunite after 23 years.
The Ha Ji-won episode of 'My Genie Secretary,' which is heating up the online space ahead of its broadcast, will air this Friday at 11:10 PM.
