TOMORROW X TOGETHER has selected "Angel Bite" as the title track for their 9th mini album, 'PERFECT STORM'.
According to their agency, the group released the new album's tracklist via official social media channels at midnight on the 24th.
The album contains a total of six songs, including "Angel Bite", "Storm is...", "Higher Love", "Sweetest Escape", "Touch the Sky", and "Hate It or Love It".
The title track "Angel Bite" involved the participation of MARTIN, JUHOON, and SEONGHYEON from CORTIS.
The agency described the song as a "TOMORROW X TOGETHER-style love song" that expresses the desire to be with "you" even amidst a youth that is not entirely beautiful.
The first track, "Storm is...", contains themes of diving into a storm to break through a suffocating reality.
The third track, "Higher Love", expresses emotions toward a "she" who causes the narrator distress while simultaneously leading them to higher places.
"Sweetest Escape", sung by YEONJUN, TAEHYUN, and HUENINGKAI, is a confession of wanting to be a sweet refuge for "you" in a harsh world.
SOOBIN and BEOMGYU participated in writing the lyrics for "Touch the Sky", likening the ambition for success to a "you" who is like the sky.
For the final track, "Hate It or Love It", BEOMGYU, TAEHYUN, and HUENINGKAI contributed to the lyrics.
This song conveys a reflection that one must abandon familiarity for the sake of change, and that the changed self is ultimately still "me".
'PERFECT STORM' deals with the growing pains of Gen Z youth who have moved past teenage illusions to face the weight of reality.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER's 9th mini album 'PERFECT STORM' is set to be officially released on November 16 at 6:00 PM.
