TV CHOSUN's new variety show 'Dogs to Brag About' will premiere on November 11, featuring celebrity pet owners who take a backseat to their dogs.
Celebrity pet owners including Lee Yeon-bok and Kwon Eun-bi will compete in a "bragging war" over their dogs on the new TV CHOSUN variety show 'Dogs to Brag About', which is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, November 11.
TV CHOSUN is generating buzz with a teaser for its new variety show 'Dogs to Brag About,' which features a "role reversal" where stars Lee Yeon-bok, Kim Yong-bin, Kwon Eun-bi, and Brian find themselves losing their spotlight to their pets.
Scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, November 11, 'Dogs to Brag About' is a variety show where celebrity pet owners appear with their dogs to showcase their special charms. Actress Han Hye-jin and comedian Heo Kyung-hwan will serve as MCs, adding witty commentary to the unstoppable bragging wars of star owners who insist, "My baby is the best!"
The teaser released on the 23rd begins by showcasing the impressive professional lives of Chinese cuisine master Lee Yeon-bok, trot singer Kim Yong-bin, WATERBOMB goddess Kwon Eun-bi, and "cleaning enthusiast" Brian. However, the video creates curiosity with a sudden twist: "These are not the protagonists." Following the introduction "The real protagonists are coming," the spotlight shifts to the dogs, who take over the red carpet in place of the stars.
Even after yielding the lead roles, the stars show no regret, instead engaging in passionate promotion of their "babies." The teaser captures them marveling at how their dogs respond immediately to commands like "Come," while they boast about everything from rejecting modeling offers to the unrivaled handsomeness of their pets. The sight of stars who usually dominate stages and broadcasts transforming into obsessed pet owners provides much of the humor.
The dogs also assert their presence, responding to their owners' affection by lying down comfortably, showering them with kisses, or even eating jajangmyeon. Subtitles expressing the owners' sentiments, such as "They are cute just for breathing," appear over shots of the dogs sitting side-by-side in chairs. The anticipation for the stars' endless bragging battle grows as owners even react by saying, "We can stay up all night!"
TV CHOSUN's new variety show 'Dogs to Brag About' will have its first broadcast on Wednesday, November 11.
