The University of Utah Asia Campus announced that it ranked second among 10 university campuses in the '2026 Incheon Citizen University Comprehensive Performance Evaluation' hosted by the Incheon Institute for Talent and Lifelong Education. The evaluation was conducted by comprehensively assessing achievements in curriculum operation, learner participation, and community connection.

This year, the University of Utah Asia Campus operated 14 courses, including basic financial management, AI media, and classical music, for 205 Incheon citizens. All courses were taught directly by the University of Utah Asia Campus faculty to provide university-level professional education, recording a high learner satisfaction rate along with an approximately 90% completion rate. This demonstrates that the university is successfully strengthening educational connections with the local community.

In his welcoming remarks, Gregory Hill, representative of the University of Utah Asia Campus, stated, “Education goes beyond individual growth and is connected to the future of the community,” adding, “I hope Citizen Life College establishes itself as an open educational space where citizens can continuously learn and interact.” Following this, Professor Lee Jun-young said, “Based on the educational philosophy of the University of Utah Asia Campus, we will continue to provide high-quality educational opportunities to citizens and expand educational connections with the local community.”
