As former actress turned influencer Yoo Hye-won has filed a defamation lawsuit against Kim Ji-min, a participant of Channel A's 'Heart Signal 4', she has drawn attention by leaving a meaningful post. On the 28th, Yoo Hye-won posted a single photo through her personal account without any additional explanation.

The released photo includes the phrase "Justice will prevail" (Sapilguijeong), conveying the meaning that "while it may seem like what is wrong is temporarily rampant, it ultimately cannot last long and in the end, what is right is destined to win." The post garnered interest as it was released immediately after it was revealed that Yoo Hye-won had taken legal action against Kim Ji-min.

Previously, screenshots of a post uploaded by Kim Ji-min in June via the 'Close Friends' feature spread online. It contained allegations suggesting that while Yoo Hye-won was dating a specific basketball player, she was receiving so-called 'sponsorship' from a famous singer and producer. In response, Yoo Hye-won's side claimed the contents were false and filed a complaint against Kim Ji-min at the Gangnam Police Station on the 26th for violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (defamation).

Kim Bum-sik, a lawyer from the law firm Daeryeon representing Yoo Hye-won, stated, "Ms. Yoo Hye-won and Ms. Kim Ji-min do not know each other and have no separate connection," adding, "Nevertheless, we view the circumstances under which specific details regarding extremely private matters were mentioned very seriously." Yoo Hye-won's side plans to request an investigation into the original creator of the information, the transmitter, and the distribution process if necessary, and will proceed with claims for damages depending on the results of the criminal complaint.

Yoo Hye-won appeared in the 2018 web drama 'Go, Baek Diary' and subsequently worked as an influencer before appearing on Mnet's dating reality show 'Couple Palace 2' last year. Kim Ji-min became known through Channel A's 'Heart Signal 4' in 2023.
