In the SBS Friday-Saturday Drama ‘Chaebol X Detective 2’, Yoo Seung-ho provides chilling tension by inviting the new model Lee Sae-rom to his studio.

The SBS Friday-Saturday Drama ‘Chaebol X Detective 2’ (produced by Studio S, Big Ocean E&M, BA Entertainment) is a refreshing and exhilarating collaborative investigation drama about chaebol detective Jin Yi-su, who flips the tables with wealth when investigations stall, and new team leader Joo Hye-ra. It is garnering attention daily with its exciting developments and unique character play as episodes progress.

In the 9th episode broadcast on the 4th (Friday), Jin Yi-su (played by Ahn Bo-hyun) was depicted visiting the studio of Yu Sŏngwŏn (played by Yoo Seung-ho), a close younger brother of Joo Hye-ra (played by Jung Eun-chae), after hearing shocking suspicions about him from her. Joo Hye-ra pointed to Yu Sŏngwŏn as the mastermind behind five consecutive disappearance cases and was certain that his works were the results of crimes intended to boast about murder. Accordingly, while feeling confused, Jin Yi-su began the collaboration by handing a reed secretly taken from Yu Sŏngwŏn's work to Joo Hye-ra, drawing attention to future developments.

Among these, the released stills catch the eye by showing Yu Sŏngwŏn inviting bartender Song Ah-reum (played by Lee Sae-rom), whom he had previously met at a bar and asked, “Will you be my model?”, to his studio. Yu Sŏngwŏn sits on a high ladder and begins full-scale work while adjusting the camera lens toward Song Ah-reum, who is lying on a table. Amidst the strange silence filling the dark studio, the gaze of Song Ah-reum staring at the camera and the appearance of Yu Sŏngwŏn, whose true intentions are difficult to read, create a strange contrast. In particular, as Yu Sŏngwŏn's models have disappeared one after another and Joo Hye-ra suspects him strongly as the culprit, the sight of the two facing each other in the secret studio further heightens the tension for viewers.

In the subsequent stills, Yu Sŏngwŏn's mysterious atmosphere deepens further. His attitude in handing champagne to Song Ah-reum is relaxed, but the meaningfulness and coolness lingering in his eyes create breathtaking suspense.
