Jun Jin and Ryu Yi-seo hold emotional vow renewal shoot for sixth anniversary

Shinhwa member Jun Jin and actress Ryu Yi-seo shared a video of their self-planned vow renewal photoshoot, which cost approximately 2 million won. During the shoot, Jun Jin expressed emotional gratitude for their eight-year relationship, noting they were unable to focus on their original wedding shoot due to his broadcasting schedule.

Following their marriage in 2020, Shinhwa member Jun Jin and actress Ryu Yi-seo held a vow renewal photoshoot that they planned themselves to mark their sixth anniversary. The couple uploaded a video titled "How Jun Jin ♥ Ryu Yi-seo do cost-effective studio, dress, and makeup for just 2 million won (Complete wedding preparation guide)" to their YouTube channel, My Love Ryu Yi-seo.

Ryu Yi-seo revealed that although she had given up on a 5th-anniversary shoot last year, she wanted to try this time after seeing vintage wedding pictorials. Jun Jin joked that he was drawn to the number 6 because of Shinhwa. Rather than using a professional wedding agency, they personally handled the dress rentals and studio reservations; Jun Jin expressed continuous admiration as Ryu Yi-seo tried on several vintage dresses.

During the shoot, Jun Jin confessed, "I felt a surge of emotion a moment ago," adding, "We have been together for over eight years including our dating period, and I feel thankful and loving, but also sorry." He expressed his emotions, noting that during their first wedding shoot, they were too busy with his broadcasting schedule to pay proper attention, but he felt excited to shoot in the way they desired this time.

Regarding the costs, the studio rental was 60,000 won per hour for four hours, and they spent 750,000 won on two dresses. The total cost, including the bouquet and hair styling, was approximately 2 million won. Ryu Yi-seo advised that while self-preparation is possible if there is a clear concept, it is better to seek professional help if there is no specific plan.

The couple recalled an anecdote from their wedding when Ryu Yi-seo's mother, who met Jun Jin for the first time, jokingly asked when they would marry, to which Ryu Yi-seo replied "tomorrow." Jun Jin expressed his affection, stating, "I wanted to marry as soon as I met her. I waited for nearly three years." Recently, the couple shared that they successfully achieved their first pregnancy through IVF, but suffered a miscarriage at seven weeks, receiving much comfort from others.
