Trot audition stars all gathered for 'Miss Trot For You'.

In the 21st episode of TV CHOSUN's 'Miss Trot For You' broadcast on October 15, the 'War of the Stars' special unfolded. Stars who stood out in various trot auditions joined as TOP7 duet partners to engage in fierce competition. With many talented performers gathered in one place, attention is focused on which team will claim the final victory.

This broadcast recorded a 3.6% viewership rating based on Nielsen Korea nationwide. This figure represents 1st place among all channels in the same time slot, including terrestrial, non-terrestrial, and cable, and is 1st among all daily non-terrestrial programs. The peak instantaneous viewership reached 3.9%, rising to 1st place in Thursday variety show ratings.

First, the '4th Year Musical Prince' team of Heo Chan-mi and Enoch opened the duet battle with Songgolmae's 'You, Whom I Happened to Meet'. Before the stage, Heo Chan-mi and Enoch exchanged compliments toward each other, creating a pinkish romantic atmosphere. Following this, the two boasted fantastic vocal chemistry with lively stage manners and steady harmonies even at high notes. Watching this, Lee So-na could not hide her satisfied smile while shouting "Get married". The score for the first stage was 160 points.

The '7th Year Sokcho Wild Horse' team of Hong Seong-yoon and Shin Seung-tae selected Song Chang-sik's 'It's Love'. Hong Seong-yoon, who had previously named Shin Seung-tae as the singer he most wanted to duet with, completed a deep stage based on their common denominator of traditional Korean music. The combination of Shin Seung-tae's appealing tone and Hong Seong-yoon's clear, solid voice drew admiration. Choi Jae-myeong, who led Hong Seong-yoon into the trot world, brought laughter by expressing envy, saying, "My stomach hurts from jealousy. I haven't even been able to duet with Senior Shin Seung-tae." The two received 174 points.

Next, the '9th Year Hadong Bull' team of Yoon Yoon-seo and Son Bin-a faced off with Tae Jin-ah's 'Song of Longing for Mother'. Yoon Yoon-seo, who had been thirsty for victory while remaining a "street master," showed her desperation by personally asking Son Bin-a to be her partner. On stage, the heavy vocal volume and soulful traditional trot techniques of these two traditional trot powerhouses shone. In particular, Yoon Yoon-seo proved the power of a 'trot genius' by demonstrating skills that even surprised her partner Son Bin-a. The two took the lead by acquiring 185 points.

The '15th Year Real Man' team of Yeom Yu-ri and Jin Hae-seong sang Joo Hyun-mi's 'We Meet Again'. The two, who had shared a stage in the past during 'Miss Trot 3' but left a sense of regret due to Yeom Yu-ri's lyric mistake, met again to show upgraded chemistry. As Jin Hae-seong's savory voice blended with Yeom Yu-ri's lovely tone, reactions like "Beauty and the Beast" emerged. The two recorded 160 points.

The '14th Year Yangju Jin-iya' team of Lee So-na and Mai Jin selected Ahn Sang-soo's 'Forever with Me'. The two formed a connection after appearing in the same trot audition in the past. Although they reunited after a long time, they displayed solid synergy on stage as if they were a team that had been singing together for a long time. The cast offered praise, saying, "You could release an album just like this," at their rich vocal volume and harmonious harmony. Their score was 177 points.

The '13th Year Daejeon Little Prince' team of Gil Ryeo-won and Min Soo-hyun selected Park Jin-do's 'Love Behind a Glass Wall'. Before the stage, Min Soo-hyun revealed a story that during his appearance on 'Mr. Trot 1', he belonged to Active Group A with Lim Young-woong, YOUNGTAK, and Jang Min-ho, but his broadcast screen time was limited to only 5 seconds. Along with this, Shin Seung-tae and Son Bin-a also confessed to their short broadcast durations, leading to an unexpected 'sad story battle'. In the following stage, Min Soo-hyun's heavy low notes and Gil Ryeo-won's delicate traditional trot techniques blended to bring out the deep flavor of trot. The two received 163 points.

Lastly, the '9th Year Seattle Lee' team of Yoon Tae-hwa and Jaeha selected Ryu Gye-yeong's 'Life'. Before the stage, Jaeha brought laughter by revealing that although he was born in Seattle, USA, he returned to Korea only 22 days after birth. Jaeha, who exuded a 'frail beauty' with his delicate appearance, surprised everyone by showing a 180-degree different side once the song began. Yoon Tae-hwa also added strength with solid vocals. The two recorded 170 points with a stage that brought resonance, making one look back on the years passed.

In the following 2nd round individual partner battle, Enoch decorated the first stage with Cho Young-nam's 'Delilah'. Enoch, who said he even changed his song selection with the goal of winning, dominated the stage with an intense red outfit reminiscent of a bullfighter, disciplined choreography, and relaxed eyes. Mai Jin marveled, saying, "It's a competition, so why did you bring a guest singer?", and Chun-gil stated, "It was so cool that I felt jealous." Enoch acquired 180 points.

Shin Seung-tae chose Jung Soo-ra's 'Suddenly One Day'. Immersing the listeners from the very first verse, he made various parts of the audience turn into a sea of tears with calm yet desperate emotional expression. Gil Ryeo-won repeatedly marveled, saying, "This stage cannot be seen as just a song. It is art." Shin Seung-tae's individual battle score was 173 points.

Jin Hae-seong revealed his new song 'Light of Love', which he personally wrote and composed. Introducing it as a song written for his fans, he attempted a twist with a cute and lively charm that contrasted with his existing heavy traditional trot style. In particular, MC Ahn Sung-hoon added fun by appearing during the song to provide support with cute dancing. Jin Hae-seong recorded 175 points and could not hide his joy at receiving a higher score than in the duet battle.

Min Soo-hyun also presented his new song 'Chopstick Rhythm'. Revealing it to be his first full-length album released in 10 years, he made the audience sway with exciting rhythms and soulful singing. Chun-gil highly evaluated the song's potential for success, saying, "I think it will be a hit." Min Soo-hyun recorded 170 points.

The 'War of the Stars' is not yet over. Expectations are rising for what kind of stages will unfold in the remaining 2nd and 3rd rounds. Meanwhile, TV CHOSUN's 'Miss Trot For You' broadcasts every Thursday at 10 PM.
