According to media reports, director Christopher Nolan's new film 'The Odyssey' surpassed a cumulative domestic audience of 10 million around 4 PM on September 6. This record was achieved 33 days after its release on the 5th of last month, through which director Nolan has earned the title of a director with two 10-million-viewer films, following 'Interstellar'.

In terms of profit, it is also achieving overwhelming results. According to Box Office Mojo, 'The Odyssey' has recorded a cumulative global revenue of $1.63153 billion (approximately 2.1921 trillion Korean won), combining $588.97 million in North America and $1.04256 billion overseas. With a production cost of $250 million (approximately 336.2 billion Korean won), the film recovered its production costs within the first week of release and has earned more than 8 times its production cost.

The work focused on analog direction, such as filming the entire 3-hour duration on 70mm IMAX film. During the 91-day filming period, locations were shot in places such as Greece and Iceland, and the film is receiving critical acclaim from audiences for maximizing reality, such as by directly constructing a 10.7m tall Trojan Horse.
