Ha Sang-oh is the individual who brought persimmon wine to life using Cheongdo Bansi (persimmons), and this broadcast will air his reverse-thinking management using an abandoned tunnel and the wine production process.

After failing to enter Seoul department stores in the past, Ha Sang-oh invested 1 billion won into an abandoned railway tunnel in Cheongdo that opened in 1905. This tunnel, which ceased use in 1937, has now become a landmark visited by hundreds of thousands of people annually, with cumulative visitors reaching 5 million over the past 20 years. The tunnel maintains a temperature of 14–15 degrees Celsius throughout the seasons, providing an environment optimized for wine aging.

Overwhelming Scale Wine Factory and Tasting Site

Seo Jang-hoon and Jang Ye-won visit Ha Sang-oh's wine tunnel to taste the 2005 vintage persimmon wine. Seo Jang-hoon marveled at the unexpected flavor, and Jang Ye-won also expressed surprise, saying it was a taste she was experiencing for the first time. Inside the factory, ten wine tanks with a capacity of 40 tons each are installed, and the amount of wine currently aging reaches 1 million bottles. Ha Sang-oh stated that the value of this wine amounts to at least 25 billion won.
