The cast of 'Trot Kitchen: Traveling Dinner Show' will host a special banquet for 40 K-water employees in Jangheung, Jeonnam, during tonight's episode. Chefs Yoon Na-ra and Lim Tae-hun must prepare a massive meal using local beef and seafood within a strict two-hour time limit.

In the fourth episode of TV CHOSUN's 'Trot Kitchen: Traveling Dinner Show' (produced by TME Group, directed by Moon Tae-ju), the cast will travel to Jangheung, Jeonnam, to host a special banquet for 40 employees from K-water, who have been volunteering for local residents. The episode, scheduled to air tonight, October 26, at 10 PM, will showcase the cast preparing a massive meal for 40 people within a strict two-hour limit, followed by a romantic dinner show set against the backdrop of Jangheung Dam.

The culinary mission involves Chef Yoon Na-ra, a participant from 'Culinary Class Wars,' preparing crispy bulgogi using Jangheung Hanwoo beef, while Chef Lim Tae-hun prepares Jangheung-style jjamppong filled with local mushrooms and various seafood. During the preparation, Kim Yong-bin shows significant improvement in his cooking skills; unlike his first day in Jangheung when he screamed at the sight of moving long-arm octopus, he is seen skillfully prepping ingredients and even giving instructions to Choi Jae-myeong regarding the thickness of sliced radish. This progress earned him praise from Chef Yoon Na-ra, who remarked, "Yong-bin is doing well."

In contrast, Ahn Seong-hun struggles with seafood preparation, expressing his exhaustion after having to clean squid again following the previous day's task. When Kim Yong-bin teased him by saying, "Seong-hun, you're all talk," Ahn responded wittily, "At least my mouth is working," drawing laughter from the group. Ahn also attempted to learn the wok technique from Chef Lim Tae-hun, but found the skill difficult to master, stating, "It's really hard. It's too difficult. I can't even approach it," while expressing his sincere desire to learn so he could help the chef.

The episode will also feature a dinner show at Jangheung Dam under the autumn breeze and sunset. Ahn Seong-hun provided a moment of comedy during his introduction, telling the audience, "You might have mistaken me for 10cm when you first saw me, but I am Ahn Seong-hun," prompting reactions from Chef Lim Tae-hun and the audience that he looked similar to the group 10cm. The musical performances will be filled out by Kim Yong-bin, Choi Jae-myeong, and Yoon Tae-hwa.

Lee Soo-geun shared his emotional connection to the music, noting, "There is a power in songs that makes you feel emotional and brings back memories. They say a song is like a diary. When you suddenly hear one on the radio or TV, it takes you back to those times."
