EBS Docuprime presents 'Miracle of Ocean Circulation,' a two-part natural documentary that highlights the birth and death, competition, and cooperation within the ocean ecosystem. This program will meet viewers on EBS 1TV on Monday, September 7 and 14 at 9:55 PM.

The Birth of Life and Strategies for Survival

This documentary captures the massive cycle of life occurring in the space of the ocean through a scientific lens and visual beauty. The broadcast on the 7th, 'Part 1. Song of Life,' covers mass spawning phenomena synchronized with the full moon cycle, the devotion of male fish that incubate and raise eggs, and the survival stories of predators and fry unfolding in the night sea. Following this, the broadcast on the 14th, 'Part 2. Secret of Survival,' focuses on the cooperative hunting of sea snakes and horse mackerel, the process by which bumphead parrotfish create sand, and the strategies of organisms living in hydrothermal vents at water temperatures of 53 degrees Celsius.

The production team intends to show how all life activities in the ocean, from tiny plankton to the process of grazing coral to form the foundation of islands, are connected as one massive cycle. It is expected to serve as an opportunity to reaffirm the value of the ocean as the source of life on Earth.
