Illustrator VAPPLE to Hold Solo Exhibition at Tom N Toms Changdong Main Branch

Coffee specialty shop Tom N Toms will hold a solo exhibition by illustrator VAPPLE (Ko Dong-hyuk) at its Changdong main branch from September 7 to October 7. This exhibition was planned to provide customers visiting the store with an opportunity to enjoy culture in their daily lives through works dealing with the inner worlds of modern people.

Artist VAPPLE has continued work that interprets the psychological states experienced by modern people, such as isolation and anxiety, through symbolic imagery. The work is characterized by a narrative method that encourages viewers to project their own emotions through the pieces. The artist has built a unique visual language through various activities, including album cover artwork and animation design.

Tom N Toms' strategy of utilizing the everyday space of a cafe as a touchpoint connecting artists and the public is expected to contribute to enhancing the brand's cultural value.
