Following the broadcast, thanks to viewer donations, Yong-ho was able to move to rental housing, where thresholds were removed from every room so that his mobile bed could move freely. As the environment improved, his health indicators, such as cardiopulmonary function and carbon dioxide levels, also improved noticeably. An activity supporter reported, “Previously, the bathroom was so cramped that he could only wash about once a week, but now it is great because he can definitely wash at least once every two days.” Yong-ho expressed his gratitude, saying, “Thanks to the warm touch of the viewers, I gained the strength and courage to live again. I will not forget the precious hearts you sent and will live diligently every day with gratitude.”

Twin brothers with cerebral palsy, until they could walk and run

The twins Ji-ho and Eun-ho, who were 3 years old at the time of the broadcast on December 20, 2025, had to crawl on their knees as they could neither stand nor walk alone due to cerebral palsy. They were in danger of having to stop treatment as the government's rehabilitation treatment voucher support was cut off, but thanks to viewer donations, they were able to continue consistent rehabilitation treatment twice a week. As a result, both children's conditions improved enough to run around the house excitedly, and in particular, Ji-ho's muscles developed enough to climb stairs alone. The director of the Language and Motor Development Center stated, “After the donations, as treatment increased, walking is being created to the stage where they are running around now. It definitely seems to have improved more as the frequency of treatment increased.” Their mother, Choi Jung-min, said, “We almost couldn't receive treatment because the voucher was cut off, but many people donated, worried, and showed interest, so we were able to receive rehabilitation steadily again. I will continue to take good care of Ji-ho and Eun-ho and ensure they receive steady rehabilitation so they can grow more.”
