Yang Soo-kyung will release the single 'Autumn Comes Again' at 6:00 PM on the 27th.
According to her agency, this new song is her first work in approximately one year and six months since 'Golden Grass of Long Ago' was released last April.
Yang Soo-kyung participated in the co-writing and producing of the track to include her own story.
'Autumn Comes Again' captures the loneliness felt during the changing seasons and the longing for precious connections from the past, delivering a message that no matter how cold or difficult a season may be, it will eventually pass.
The lyrics were written by Yang Soo-kyung and Siwolnabi, while Seo Chang-won and Yoon Jeong-no were in charge of composition and arrangement. The production was a joint effort by Yang Soo-kyung, Seo Chang-won, and Kim Jeong-seung. Through her agency, Yang Soo-kyung stated, "Every time autumn comes, it used to only be painful, but this autumn, I am so happy I feel like jumping for joy. I didn't think I would be able to release it, so I am just filled with gratitude for the many people around me who helped dramatically." She further explained that she used the expression 'Osin-da' (honorific form of 'comes') instead of 'Onda' (standard form) to convey a sense of respect and resignation, based on the thought that one cannot avoid difficult things even if they refuse them, despite it being grammatically incorrect. Yang Soo-kyung opened her nationwide tour through the '2026 Yang Soo-kyung Concert: Connection' held at the Cube Convention Center in Seoul on the 18th, marking her first nationwide tour in 34 years since 1992. She plans to meet fans in various parts of the country in the future.
